Hi-Maize Resistant Starch

I’ve started to add this to my families diet and it is working well.  It appears that it helps with colon health and gives a feeling of being full sooner.  It is certified gluten free and I like how it makes my baked goods taste like real wheat based items.  Here is the quote from their website.  Also, to order it go to King Arthur Flour.

How it works: Most starches are digested and absorbed into the body through the small intestine, but some resist digestion and pass through to the large intestine where they act like dietary fiber and improve digestive health. This type of starch is called “resistant starch”.
