HHAC: Step Your Game Up

Since last week when my world blew up I have been waking at the crack of dawn (mostly because I just can't sleep and am wide awake when the sun comes up) and running. Not just any running. I'm talking full tilt, pedal to the medal, I'm flying type of running. Everyday. I run for about an hour each time, hoping ti will clear my head and make me forget. I run on the treadmill on the screened in porch in my house. It overlooks the street and sort of reminds me of the zebra on Madagascar as he is walking on the treadmill staring at the painted wall mural. I'm trapped on the porch, with no way out!
Anyway- no Hip Hop Abs in a while, but tomorrow I am hoping to get back in the groove of things. Be normal. Step my game up a little bit, although with the running I haven't gained any weight and feel a little tighter all over. So maybe running is a good thing.

I included this video- watch you will be impressed with some crazy moves. I'm jealous I can't move like this.
