Ok- I guess I need to switch back to doing MORE Hip Hop Abs and LESS running! On Wednesday I did do Hip Hop Abs- the cardio level 2 when I got home from court in the afternoon. That was fun, but I really felt it! I was out of breath doing that! This is coming from someone who now can run three miles without slowing down finally! (for which I gratefully thank my plastic surgeon who fixed my deviated septum in March- I wouldn't be running this much if I couldn't take a deep breath!) So my workouts were as follows:
Wednesday: Hip Hop Abs Cardio Level 2.
Thursday: woke up early crazy early and ran for 50 minutes. estimated miles (because mine doesnt work on the treadmill- how could i run 43 miles going 5 miles an hour??) was 4 miles. I walked for 10 minutes of those 50 minutes, to warm up and cool down.
At night, I went to dance class where I did the cha-cha and the waltz. I'm really starting to like the smooth dances like the waltz more and more every time I practice. I feel like a princess gliding across the dance floor!!
Friday: woke up not so early today and simply walked at a fast clip for 25 minutes. Was just too tired to do much and just wanted to wake up! Tonight I should be able to get in a better workout. My twin is bringing my niece over, so I will probably workout after the munchkins go to bed.
