I have to squash these two in together because of the lack of time, and I don't think y'all want to read a couple of sentences thrown together! Better to have a paragraph I think!
Day 2: I behaved myself tremendously in the food department today and only consuming four potato chips outside of what I brought for food all day! I did decide however, that I would be cutting down on bringing the waffles in for breakfast. I eat Lifestream Gluten-Free Wildberry waffles. They make the whole cafeteria smell so yummy, but I tend to slather them with some Earth Balance margarine. Which is not so good. So from now on if I bring them, I will only bring quantity of 1- and I'm bringing in my organic crunchy peanut butter to top it with instead of Earth Balance!
My workout today was Yoga Booty Ballet in the morning. I did the Light & Easy workout and I have to say, it's not that light or easy. It got my blood pumping! And I certainly felt stretched out and limber from it. Dance pratice is tonight... sure to be a pain!
Day 3: I had the day off from work to attend a funeral, so I got up extra early and did my workout then. I also was going to Fenway for a baseball game- Sox vs. Detriot Tigers! I did Fat Burning Cardio Level 1 and AbSculpt Level 2 again.. I love the burn from the ab workout! It felt great! After a breakfast of fresh mango and Wheat Free Puffins with rice milk I was ready to go! I got some extra cardio in at the baseball game by walking around Fenway, jumping up and down, yelling, then trekking 4 miles from Fenway to the Ruggles bus station at 11 at night. The Sox lost, and I kind of lost too, as all the extra calorie burn that went into the day...
was completely BLOWN on beef chili for lunch, and a splurge dinner of FRIED CHICKEN. Rough day, but tomorrow is a new day!
