It was a fabulously gorgeous day outside and I made myself pack my bag with sneaks, workout clothes, and some toiletries to take to work. I never keep my stuff in the lockers there because I am too afraid I will become weak and not workout there. And just say. Oh, forget it! I'll do it tomorrow! NOT TODAY! I was going to be hoofing it around the cul-de-sac at the office!
At lunch time I raced to get changed and ran outside. I had a sweatshirt on and instantly regretted taking the dang thing. I broke into a very very slow jog. So slow in fact, some lady pushing a stroller around passed me. Uh huh. That's right. I'm a slow poke! I picked up the pace a little and managed to clear about two miles in about 30 minutes. 15 minute mile? That isn't so bad considering! I went into the gym at work and did a few minutes of free weights, I need to really work on my arm strength for these dance routines. Holding myself up is a big challenge. So I managed to do four pull-ups. Every day when I hit the ladies room I pass into the gym and do two or three. I'll get there!
I got home tonight and did Hip Hop Abs Sculpt 2. Boring now huh? But I love it! It is really working my abs out!
Tomorrow the plan is to get up early and do yoga and maybe stick my dance shoes on and mambo in the kitchen! I have a lunch date with Cyber Work Stalker. :) So no lunchtime workouts!!!

Because she is brilliant on the dance floor. Check out her lines, her facial expression... Amazing. Just no words to describe it.
