It is amazing to me the amount of new gluten free products that are showing up everywhere! Over the past couple of days I have been to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Keller’s Farm Market, Sam’s Club and Costco, wait till you see what all I found!
I found the following at Costco:
Cranberry Chicken Meatballs with Jalapeno...tasty! Other than being in a little ball, they are really more reminiscent of chicken sausage links, which is fine, just not what I think of as a "meatball"
Mrs. Mays Ultimate Crunch, pretty good with a definite blueberry taste. I think the blueberries overpower the other fruits.
Pretty good price.
I found the following at Keller’s Farm Market, (a quick note to my fellow Albuquerqueans, I think Keller’s is a bit on the pricey side, their Udi’s bread was $6.39/loaf and you can get the same Udi’s bread at Whole Foods for $3.49/loaf or $3.19/loaf if you buy 8):
YUMMY!!! Cranberry Creme Brulee Kefir...2 of my favorite things!
These cookies have oats in them. They are an okay cookie, they were not my favorite but Sam liked them. I am more of a soft cookie person instead of a crisp cookie. If I could eat gluten, I would choose a Soft Batch cookie over a Chips Ahoy. Lucy's GF Chocolate Chip Cookies are crispy like a Chips Ahoy.
I have never seen a pre-made Pamela's cake before!
I could not tell you how these cakes taste because I refuse to pay this...
$13.99! This is not a big cake!! I could almost buy a CASE of Betty Crocker's GF cake mixes from Amazon for this price!
I had not seen Pamela's GF Cheesecakes either (note the size in comparison to my hand)
Here is another flavor...
And here is the price! My cheesecakes may be ugly but they taste good and cost a lot less! LOL! It's funny but sad...
Finally found the new Sunrise Cereals! I LOVE Mesa Sunrise and these two new flavors were a big hit with the boys because they are sweeter.
Keller's had several of San-J's GF sauces
I am excited to try this one!
Some new cookies by Tree of Life...has anyone tried these?
This is the first time I have seen the French Toast Sticks by Van's
Oh, this is delicious! I have been putting this on Pamela's Pancakes in the morning then rolling them up. A Pancake Roll-Up Is it weird that I do not like maple syrup?
Trader Joes Peanut Butter with Roasted Flax Seeds! Sam loves this crunchy PB, he eats it every day!
Luke really liked this yogurt before I took him off of dairy a week ago
My FAVORITE tea! I probably drink 6 cups of this a day.
It is a really pretty red color
Going to try making my own Risotto
I fell victim to the packaging, I like the box!
I found the following at Sunflower Market:
WARNING!! THIS PIE IS HORRIBLE!!! I had 10 people sample it, most of them spit it out and the highest rating it got was a 2 out of 10.
I am going to make a Cornbread dressing next week and use this on it.
I love this Mushroom Broth
Good flavor, just a little too thin of a consistency for me. I am a Greek yogurt person so I prefer the thick, creamy texture over the thinner yogurt.
More couscous to try
Luke LOVES this Coconut Milk Kefir
I found the following at Whole Foods:
I like the flavor of the sauce but am not a fan of the crust. Udi's has set the bar really high!
Pomegranate Chobani! Very good. Chobani is my favorite yogurt and I eat one every day.
These little crackers are good, expensive but good. I dont remember exactly, but the cost between $7 - $8. They taste just like a cinnamon graham cracker and Sam would eat the whole bag in one sitting if I would let him.
We did not care for the Brownie crisps as well as the cinnamon crisps
I found the following at Sam’s Club:
Ahhhh, a case of Chobani Greek Yogurt for under $12!
Now this surprised me. I wasn't expecting to like them but they are really good!!
