So, I had a lovely evening of sushi tonight with the roommies. Unfortunately and as expected I couldn't have soy sauce with my spicy tuna rolls. Very few people know that the second ingredient in most soy sauce is wheat. That wheat just finds a way to creep into everything! So look out next time you go get your favorite sushi or Chinese food. Some restaurants may have a gf alternative or actually carry a brand that doesn't use wheat. Next time I may just bring my own.
