Gluten Free Donut Holes

This picture doesn’t do these little holes any justice!  These are so delicious!  You must try!  They are very easy to make and will be sure to please your kids and big kids too!  If you are from one of those families whose kids or husband or wife won’t eat gluten free, just slip them one of these and don’t tell them they are gluten free, they’ll never know!

My gluten free all purpose flour mix is here.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup gluten free flour mix
  • 1/2 cup Kinnikinnick pancake/waffle mix
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. xanthan gum
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk

These are great leftover as well. Just refrigerate. Remove when ready and warm on microwave safe plate 30 seconds and enjoy!
