Gluten Free Breakfast Bars

Here is a great recipe that I have developed after searching for gf breakfast options:

1 cup of oatmeal (dry)
2/3 cup of dry milk (I found this at Whole Foods)
1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
4 tsp honey
1 tsp baking powder (I substitute it for 1 tsp vanilla protein powder)
2 tsp vanilla
2 bananas (can use frozen)

Bake at 350* for 20-25 mins or until the top is solid and the sides are golden brown

-I add in frozen blueberries, crazins, raisins, flax seeds but really anything can go in!

-You will want the bananas to be mushy so putting them in the microwave for 45 seconds will help with that process or defrosting the bananas if they were frozen.

-Smooth peanut butter will not work as well.
