I was not introduced to Carvel ice cream until I moved to DC but this east coast tradition has found a special place in my heart and stomach. I found a list of Carvel's gluten free flavors and toppings on their website this morning while I was browsing for gfOreo ice cream. I really miss it so please let me know if you find a gf option! Who knows? I may just have to start making my own ice cream. If that happens, you all will be the first to know.
