Had dinner with the inlaws tonight. There are (very) few gluten-free friendly places in Flornce, CO. We went to Chili’s, one place I kinda trust. Their new GF menu includes a yummy corn soup. I expected more of a cream corn, but it was a straight soup with a couple of whole corn kernels as garnish on top. It was fairly thick and really good!!
