I don’t know much about autism, how or when it comes about; but I remember thinking to myself when Jenny McCarthy wrote her books and mentioned that the gluten free diet helped her autistic son, that this would be huge for the celiac community…just getting the word out about the gluten free diet. Now, to see the possible correlation between celiac disease and autism is fascinating.
