Now I love to cook but some nights I just need a break. Matt and I got a great coupon for California Tortilla and we plan on making good use of it tonight. Now I am more of a Chipotle girl myself but I know some people would debate me over the best chain burrito/Mexican place. The great thing about "Cal Tor" is that they specialize in bowls. You can get any of their burritos made as a bowl (no flour tortilla) or you can order it make-you-own style. They also have a gazillion hot sauces (some of which are gluten free) so you can make it spicccey!
