Abs Challenge: Spring Into Action

OK! Springtime is officially here! And although it doesn't really feel like spring... it is. Forget the dreary clouds and the never ending rain. Forget the cold chill in the air. Forget my leopard print umbrella blowing away in the gusty breeze.

Bikini Season is coming.

And I need ABS!

I did my ab challenge before- if you recall in January. It worked for a few weeks. I kicked my stomach into gear and managed to get back some major definition in my abs! This time, the challenge is coming back, and it's going to be tougher than ever! My plan is to use Hip Hop Abs, Yoga Booty Ballet, and some super toning workout from the latest Fitness Magazine. I will be mixing this in with dance practice to keep the cardio burn way up there!

For now I am battered and bruised pretty much all over from dance practice. We have a tango coming up that will either kill me. Or kill me. Pick one it will probably happen. The lifts are tougher and the dancing is harder. I will hopefully be able to post up a video of practice soon! Later this week I will be getting an abs shot- to show my starting point.
