I am Raw Foods and Detox Coach, Colon Hydro-therapist and Reiki Practitioner. It is my mission and passion in life to help others experience the vibrant, optimal health they deserve. I'm passionate about leading a cleansing, raw lifestyle and still marvel at the energy, clarity and natural joy it brings. This lifestyle has given me the tools to now be free from the debilitating eczema and general low immunity I suffered from for most of my life. After working as a Marketing Consultant in the UK and Australia for 8 years, I changed my life path and now dedicate my life to the work I was born to do.
