Health knowledge made personal

Cascia T.

San Francisco, California
I am a Catholic mother of three children residing near Sacramento, CA. I am not a health expert but I have an interest in health and wellness for my family. I created Healthy Moms in 2007 as a resource for moms to visit to find information on health, parenting, shopping and women's issues. I love to blog about health news, shopping tips, excercise, healthy foods and recipes, definitions of health terms, blogs that I find interesting, product reviews and family life here in California.
