
We'll that's 7-8 pounds to lose per week. I have been on hundreds of different diets. Even if you could get that much weight off that fast, those pounds are likely to come right back.
But that doesn't mean you shouldn't try to start a good program to get your weight loss started. If you are wanting to lose weight for a special occasion, losing even 10 or 15 pounds will help you feel better. Other people will notice that you have lost weight.
Start today. Close your eyes and "see" yourself slimmer. Then, start to make changes in what you eat. Get out for a walk each day. Find a person to support you. You can do it!
