High fevers, sore throat, coughing flem in chest, dizzy and im 5 weeks pregnant what should i do?

Im 5 weeks pregnant and have been having high fevers 102.2 on and off all day. my throat is sore and its hard to swallow. it feels like someone is sittin on my chest. im spitting up brownish green stuff when i cough. and getting dizzy. my doctors office is closed should i go to the e.r. ?
