Did you receive one of these "Dear Doctor" letters from the above manufacturer on the newly reported side effects or risks of gambling and other impulse control disorders with this drug? I am a retired physician assistant, and I did not receive such a letter. and I normally receive all letters of this sort that have been sent. If you did receive one, can you tell me the date it was written and the date you received it or the date it was sent to you?
