Individuals whose diet includes more salad dressing, nuts, fish, poultry and certain fruits and vegetables and fewer high-fat dairy products, red meats, organ meats and butter appear less likely to develop Alzheimer's disease.....

Baby boomers and their children are worried about Alzheimer's disease. A 2009 Harris Interactive poll indicated that 100 million Americans had been touched by Alzheimer's, and 35 million are worried about Alzheimer's dementia.

Lately, lots of businesses are opening to capture the new and growing numbered of worried citizens.

There are a several in depth, high quality research studies that indicate eating a Mediterranean style diet can lower the risk of Alzheimer's disease.
