As of yesterday I have developed a very sore, swollen and hot to the touch elbow. I am right handed so it is not sports related

Somewhat broken skin on elbow almost like it is chapped like you lipes can get chapped.  It is red, hot to the touch and swollen.  I feels only skin related but hard to tell as it is very painful.
