would bone loss from cancer treatments late effects would be considered a disability

i took 25 treatments of radiation,9months 5-fu chemo , 5operations, 2 different colostomies. im a 9yr.colonrectal cancer survivor now age 41, i got the cancer at age 30. i have lost my teeth at age34 dentist called it deadjaw,my jaw bone is so thinned out still hurts now and only use my false teeth for looks not to eat with. i suffer from pressure/pain 24/7 in my spine i took mri in july dr.stern says i have degeneration from the radiation my 5thlumbar disc is halfway thinned down half its thickiness, but he isnt doing nothing for me.. i take gabapentin600mg.daily, tramadol250mg,daily,700mg soma its not helping and i dont know what to do now i can afford to keep finding another back dr. ive been seeing him for 3yrs now. is this considered a disability?
