I have pain in my chest since 2 weeks, i do gym 3 or 4 times per week since 5 months, i tough maybe it's because of gym, i went to hospital today, i did lung Xray, i found out a white spot in my lung, what can be? someone can help me please ?
By the way i am man 46 old, i am actualy doing high protein diet,
3 months ago i took creatine during 3 or 4 weeks to help me to work out in gym, i don't know if it have something to do with my problem ?
