What would cause vaginal bleeding after radical hysterecomy 2003 due to cervical cancer?

Woke this morning feeling pressure on left side and extreme bladder pressure with each spill there is clots and blood. Anuall exam come back looking good except for low red cell count. Feeling some pressure in chest but light.
