what would cause upper center stomach pain with bright blood in stool with fever for five months loss of hair and a huge increas

iv been to the doctors but  have no insurance and im going as much as i can with what money i have but these doctors here dont seem to know  ohh and iv had several pregnancy tests show up positive so i went to the doc and he did lood work and ultrasound and it all was negative. but the preg tests r stil positive
