What do we expect with critically high calcium due to malignancy in terminal cancer?

Terminal lung and liver cancer. Currently no pain. Will flushing the calcium help ease the symptoms or prolong her until pain hits? Or will not flushing bring on the pain?

I have a calcium level of 11.5 apparently my TSH are within normal range. I also have Hashimotos. I take Maxzide and bumetadine.
