I am a 41 year-old female, and I had an mri done and it showed a 12mm lesion in the bone marrow of my humerus. Another mri with contrast showed changes in the bone, but the final result was an unremarkable mr of the humerus. My orthopaedic dr. said to go to an oncologist and he did nothing except say to see him in three months. Another oncologist said they wouldn't even see me unless I had a definite diagnosis of cancer. No tests have been done on me, except for the mri's, not even a blood test. In the mean time, this pain in my arm is not getting any better. Should I just wait the three months or keep looking for a doctor that will try to help me? thank you ever so much.
