What are the chances of survival for a 16 year old boy to survive testicular cancer that spread to other parts of the body?

The doctors say he has the same 3 forms of cancer that Lance Armstron had. I'm a family member, but I CAN handle the truth. Please respond. I really want to know what his chances of survival are.
