Transverse Section Diagram

This was the best diagram that I could find to outline the placement of the kidneys and the perinephric fat. On the left side of the picture you can see the right kidney and the fat that surrounds it, separating it and my cancer from the liver and the bowel. According to the CT scan done on February 18th, 2007, my right renal mass extends into the perinephric fat.
