tiny spot on nose bleeds when take shower. Is this cancer?

I have a tiny spot on the end of my nose that seems to bleed when I take a shower. Should I have this looked at by a dermotologist? Could it be a cancer....there is no hump of skin....just the red spot. I have had it for 3 days.
