This was a tough one for him not because of the spinal tap itself, but because he couldn't eat all morning. The spinal tap was scheduled at 1pm. After the procedure he awoke from the anesthesia groggy and hungry. Jaylon's counts were surprisingly high but good overall. He received methotrexate during the spinal tap and vincristine through his IV during his meal. Today begins steroids week again.
