Prognosis for multi tumor spleen cancer with swollen lymph in back? Woman 57, has had bad pain in abdomen.

Hospitalized last week.  Lymph gland biopsy under arm did not show cancer. Multi tumors all over spleen.  In general, what is prognosis, ie is it curable if it is already causing discomfort in lymph glands in back. Lots of pain.
