Ohio State study shows immunogene therapy combined with standard treatment is safe for patients with brain tumors: NCI Cancer Center News

A clinical trial has shown that a form of gene therapy is safe for treating a deadly form of brain cancer, even when combined with radiation therapy. The phase 1b trial was conducted at the Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute (OSUCCC – James) and at Methodist at Hospital in Houston, TX.
