i have been told that i have nodes on my pancreas, i am due to have an endoscopy. the doctor said that there is an operation that he can do to remove them. will there be any problems afterwards.
I am also not clear if i have cancer, my friend told me that the nodes are tumors, could you clear this up for me please.
