My golden ret. was just dignosed with SPINDLE CELL TUMOR ON HER PAW, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

The tumor is on her paw. The last toe on the outer area would need to be removed. Possibly  2 others. I need some advice. Is surgery the only option? What if I don't have the surgery? Does it spread? Will she die from this?
