My father was diagnosed by Pancreatic cancer and underwent Whipples in 2006 January. We did his PET CT and find to be normal last year in April 08'. He still get occasionally (no regular pattern/timeframe) fever with chills. What are the chances of recurrence and what time frame it develops? Please suggest. We are planning to get again the CT done this month. But looking at his health conditions I dont think he will be able to take any therapy now. He never underwent chemo/radio therapy.
