My father has non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. He now has organized pneumonia.Can you please explain this pneumonia.

His cancer is the type that puts red spots all over his face & upper body. He takes Chemo IV, & Chemo tablets. Can you explain what Organized Pneumonia is & if it could be related to the cancer or chemo.
