My dog started scooting around on crotch, not butt, about a month after spay surgery. I thought it was just post-op mild infection then she stopped but is doing it again and when I just looked there were warts all around perineum and two of them are smooth, soft black ones. Is this HPV and how did she get this and are the black ones cancer or is it normal to have a few black ones. She is a year and a half old french bulldog.
