my daughter has 2 small lumps behind her left ear what could it be

my family has a history of cancer non hodgkins and my daughter has got 2 small lumps behind her ear and seem to be even bigger,

my daughter just brang it to my attention that she has a small pea size lump behind her left ear and it hurts her. i think the best thing to do is to go to the doctor instaed of sitting here and wondering what it could be so i made an appointment im getting off of work early  our appts at 2:30
