A doctor of mine gave me this CD of Peggy Huddleston’s a couple of years ago to help me relax and positively visual healing throughout my body. Huddleston is a therapist in Cambridge, Mass who specializes in dealing with patients undergoing serious surgery, dealing with cancer, and the stress and anxiety that accompanies all of that drama.
She has a soothing voice and it is joined by the sound of a slow heartbeat in the background that helps the listener along with releasing tension and envisioning oneself with healing light and self-empowerment. I recently rediscovered the CD and it is a welcome addition to my iPod cancer meditation collection of healing meditation. I listened to it last night before dinner and it helped my mood immensely. It’s very low-key and smooth to listen to. I can easily escape the issues of the day for a while and fall into my chair and think of nothing but getting better and more relaxed.

Highly recommended.
