mass, no pain, left breast bone.

I am worried, I have found that my left breast bone has a lg mass which is observable but not painful. It is worrisome. My breast are sore. I have never experienced soreness, even with pregnancy. This is new to me. I am 42 yo with 4 children. Breast fed all. Any suggestions.
