Lumps with chronic pain

I am male, 33 yrs old.
I have had a lump on my thigh for close to 5 years that feels bruised with the slightest touch. I have also developed cysts under the skin in different locations on my lower body. I have a lump with similar discomfort on my back on the same side as the one on my thigh (5 years also). These are all on my right side. In total I have 3 lumps on the right side of my body all approximately the size of a quarter. Could this be cancer?
