is there any treatment for ONJ, possibly caused by bisphosphonates, prescribed for multiple myeloma?

My father was telling me about some sort of "nubs" that were under his dentures, on the bottom of his mouth. He has had several teeth pulled and fitted and refitted for lower dentures in the past few years. He has had multiple myeloma for 7 years and it has not really progressed aggressively. This has been inhibiting his eating to a great degree. It would be helpful to get some information to him.
