is born marrow leukemia curable ?

my father's Hb - 9.7 g , R.B.C - 353000 cu mm , W.B.C. - 53900 / cu mm. ,
diffential leucocyte count are as under
Myelocyte - 15 % , Metamyelocyte - 16 % , Band cells : 10 % ,Polymorphs : 22 % , Lymphocytes - 20 % , Eosinophils - 4 % , Monocytes - 3 % , Basophils - 0 % , Atypical lymphocytes - 10 % , Platelets Count - 123000 cumm.
Absolute blood values : P.C.V. - 32 % , M.C.V. - 90.65 micro 3 , M.C.H. - 27.48 microgm , M.C.H.C - 30.31 %
what this report says , is there any possibility for luekemia becuase they suggested us to rule out BONE MARROW .
Please advise me .
