Introducing Probiotics

What is probiotics and why all the rage with that?

* the voiceover sounds like my primary school teacher!

Probiotics are food or dietary supplements that contain “good bacteria” which assist us with digestion and the overall well-being of our bodies.
You may hear the same “good bacteria” being called live culture when they are in fact, live microbial organisms.

We can find probiotics in yogurt, kefir, miso, and some juices and soy drinks.
