Hi, I have been getting frequent intestinal cramps. I feel so much pain (literally not emphasizing) when I wake up in the morning. It happens about once a week. My intestines feels acidic and swollen since 2 years ago. I have lost 20 lbs but the belly is protruded still.
I don't get constipation. I do get frequent diarrhea.
Do I have viral infections? if I do, do I need blood test? It looks like my partner got infected too after kissing me? or is it colon cancer?
