I have wounds on my tongue that have spent now one year accompanied with cough & now am allergic to septroine what should i do

I have been having wounds (map-like) that are painful, i have cough, every time i cough mucus comes out. I used not to be allergic to tablets like Septrin but now when i take septrine it itches me and my private parts swell please advice me.
