I have numbness, tingling, radiating pain. Hearing loss and my equilibrium is off in my left ear

Sometimes i am light headed dizzy and nausea what do i do i went to my doctor and she told me i don't have an ear infection but subscribe me a z-pak. What could be the cause. Tenderness of the outer ear and do not know what to do.
