if i was you i would go and see a doctor as soon as you can....i dont want to alarm you but its better to be safe then sorry my son had the same problem 2 years ago i made him go to the doctor and they found that he had cancer he underwent chemo and radio therapy after they took out the small lump out which by the way started with a swollen lymph node...........in your case it could be only tissue but do check it out he is ok now but goes for check outs every 3 months all the best
