I have CLL (16 years) A week ago i noticed a swollen lymph node on my neck. What is this?

Hi, I was diagnosed with CLL 16 years ago. I did a round of Chemo 7 years ago. white count in Jan. this year was 19,000. I noticed last week that I have a swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck. What is this and does it mean my cancer has spread?
